For me, film is about connection, expression, and collective experience. It's a place where anything can converge: music, visual arts, emotion, humor, earnestness, activism, education, showmanship. It’s a place where the questions are as important as the answers. Documentary filmmaking has allowed me to explore endless curiosities while homing in on a set of skills.
Since graduating with a BFA in 2016, I've held roles as a director, producer, videographer, and editor for NPR member stations, documentary houses, and advertising agencies from Maine to the Emerald City.
Based in Seattle, you'll likely find me on a forest stroll in Ravensdale, dabbling in open mics, at a rugby pitch cheering on my partner and friends (go Mudhens!), or catching some gem at The Northwest Film Forum.
